Updated NAIDOC Perth Schedule
We’d like to thank the community for their support and understanding while we navigated the uncertain COVID restrictions here in Perth. We’re proud of everyone’s efforts to stay at home to reduce the spread, and it appears we’re on track to be back to normal in Perth once more.
With more certainty in the air, we’d like to confirm the event dates set for all our remaining celebrations, pending any further government advice. This includes: Miss NAIDOC Perth, NAIDOC Perth Opening Ceremony, and the coveted NAIDOC Perth Ball.
Miss NAIDOC Perth – 17 July 2021
Miss NAIDOC Perth has been pushed back one week from it’s original date, now to be held on Saturday the 17th of July 2021 and still to be held at Crown Perth.
Tickets are currently still available via Eventbrite.
NAIDOC Perth Opening Ceremony – 18 July 2021
As announced last week, the NAIDOC Perth Opening Ceremony for 2021 has been rescheduled for Sunday the 18th of July 2021, 1 – 5 pm at the Supreme Court Gardens.
While sadly it no longer coincides with the start of NAIDOC week, we still look forward to having a wonderful day out to share our culture with all the community at this family-friendly free event. No tickets required.
NAIDOC Perth Ball – 23 July 2021
No date change has been required for the NAIDOC Perth Ball, with the event set to proceed on Friday the 23rd of July 2021 at Crown Perth as intended.
Tickets were announced on Facebook on Sunday evening and quickly sold out overnight. Thank you for the astounding support, we look forward to seeing all ticket holders soon. Sorry to those who missed out, we recommend you follow our Facebook page and keep a close eye out for announcements next year.
